Canine detection is a probabilistic discipline. While Rogue K9 Solutions deploys professionally trained and certified K9 teams operating to established industry standards, no detection method — canine or otherwise — can guarantee the identification of every threat or prohibited item in every environment under all conditions.
Factors outside our control — including environmental conditions, the nature and concealment of a target odor, handler-dog team fatigue, and search area complexity — can affect detection outcomes. Our services are intended to meaningfully reduce risk, not to eliminate it entirely.
Rogue K9 Solutions makes no warranty, express or implied, that any search or screening will be exhaustive, complete, or free from false positives or negatives.
Not a Law Enforcement Substitute
Rogue K9 Solutions provides private-sector professional detection services. Our teams are not law enforcement officers and do not operate with law enforcement authority. Our services are not a substitute for law enforcement response, investigation, or legally authorized search procedures.
In the event of a positive indication or discovered threat, clients are solely responsible for contacting appropriate law enforcement authorities and following applicable legal procedures.
Licensing and Operational Requirements
Service availability is subject to applicable state and local licensing, operational requirements, and geographic feasibility. Acceptance of an inquiry does not guarantee that services can be performed in a specific jurisdiction or time frame. We will communicate any limitations during the consultation process.
Limitation of Liability
