- Handler experience, previous employers or agencies (with roles, dates, and details), and events you have worked
- Information about each working dog, including name, breed, age, detection specialty, and years of experience
- Certification details, including certifying organization, type or level, and certification and expiration dates
- Dog health information you choose to share, such as vaccination status, upcoming vaccination dates, and work limitations or medical needs
- Expected rates, travel and lodging expectations, and professional references (names and contact details you provide)

Please only share information about references with their permission, and only share dog health information that is relevant to safe assignments.
Automatically Collected
We also collect a session security token (CSRF token) automatically when you load one of our forms. This token is used solely to protect the forms from automated abuse and is not used for tracking or analytics.
We do not currently use analytics tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts on this website.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Assess whether and how Rogue K9 Solutions can assist with your security needs
- Follow up on a prior conversation at your request
Information submitted through the subcontractor application is used exclusively to:
- Review your qualifications and those of your working dogs
- Contact you, and your references if you provided them, about your application
- Match you with suitable assignments and plan them safely
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
Contact form submissions and subcontractor applications, including any uploaded files, are delivered directly to our team by email through our email delivery provider. This website does not keep a copy: submissions and uploaded files are not stored in a database or on the website's servers after the email is sent.
Uploaded photos may be reduced in size by your browser before they are sent, and application answers are delivered as a PDF attached to the email along with any files you uploaded.
We retain inquiry and application information for as long as is reasonably necessary to evaluate it, manage the business relationship, or as required by applicable law. If we do not move forward with an application, you may ask us to delete it at any time.
This website uses HTTPS to encrypt data in transit between your browser and our servers. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information from unauthorized access.
